Sydney — Residential & commercial painting

Quality painting.
Done with care.

I'm Amil — a painter who takes genuine pride in the work. Residential or commercial, interior or exterior, new builds or character homes. Whatever the job, I'll do it properly and leave the place better than I found it.

What I do

Residential and commercial painting, done right

From family homes to restaurants, granny flats to retail fit-outs. Residential or commercial, the standard stays the same.

01
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, doors, trims. Properly prepared, properly finished. Every room treated with the same care — whether it's one wall or the whole house.
02
Exterior painting
Weatherboards, render, fascias, fences. The right products for Sydney's climate, applied properly so the finish lasts and protects the building underneath.
03
Commercial painting
Restaurants, cafes, offices, retail shops, and studios. I work around your hours to minimise disruption, and deliver a finish that reflects well on your business from day one.
04
New builds and new installs
Fresh construction needs a painter who understands the materials and the finish expected. I work with builders and homeowners on new builds, extensions, and newly installed joinery and plasterwork.
05
Pre-sale painting
Get your home looking its absolute best before the listing goes live. Fresh, neutral interiors and a clean exterior are the highest-return improvement you can make before sale.
06
Move-in painting
Just settled? The window between settlement and moving day is the best time to paint — empty rooms, no disruption, and you move into something that already feels like yours.
07
Painting between tenants
Freshen up a rental property between occupancies. Quick turnaround, clean finish, and the kind of presentation that attracts better tenants and supports your rental rate.
08
Timberwork restoration
Skirtings, architraves, window frames, doors. Properly sanded, primed, and finished. The details that separate a good job from a great one.
09
Mould and water damage treatment
Damp patches, staining, and mould treated at the source before paint goes on. Not covered over — dealt with properly so it doesn't come back.
Amil — Harbour City Painting

I'm Amil. Painting is
in my blood.

My father was a painting master for 35 years. He taught me the trade, and the standard he held himself to: proper preparation, clean lines, and never cutting corners because nobody will notice. He passed away last year, and every job I do is a reflection of what he showed me.

I've been painting homes across Sydney for 15 years. I know the older character properties, the newer builds, and everything in between — and what each one needs to look its best.

When you work with me, you're not getting a crew. You're getting me, on the tools, every day, until it's done.

What makes me different

01
I show up. Every day. Until it's done.
No half-finished jobs, no excuses. You have my direct number and I'll be on site when I say I will.
02
Preparation is half the job.
Properly filled cracks, sanded surfaces, primed patches. The finish holds up because the groundwork was done right.
03
15 years painting Sydney homes.
I know Sydney's homes — the older character properties, the newer builds, and everything in between. That experience shows in how I approach every job.
04
You deal with me directly.
No crews, no middlemen. When you call, I answer. When I quote, I'm the one doing the work.
